Think Pink in October!

By NPMGAdmin

The Real Estate Book proudly supports National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the fight against breast cancer and educating women on early detection.  So, are you ready to join the fight with us?

From October 1-31, 2014, The Real Estate Book is running a "Think Pink Campaign" to help aid in the search for a cure.  Anyone can participate by downloading our FREE mobile app (key words: Real Estate Book). For every download, we will donate $1 to Susan G. Komen (up to $10,000).  In markets all across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, local Real Estate Book representatives will also be donating to their local chapters.

Many of our representatives in markets across the country will plan local events to raise additional funds and awareness. If you would like to donate or participate on a local level, pick up a copy of The Real Estate Book in your area and refer to advertising info to contact your local rep.

Pink Box and Book

In some markets, you may spot pink distribution boxes on the streets of your town during the month of October. These pink displays will appear in front of local real estate offices and vendors as a special “Thank You” for their generous support of our Think Pink campaign.

Did you know? . . .
  • Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer, and the leading cause of cancer death among women worldwide.
  • Every 19 seconds, a case of breast cancer is diagnosed among women.
  • Every 74 seconds, someone dies from breast cancer.

The Susan G. Komen foundation serves as a resource for those seeking opportunities for breast cancer screening, diagnostic and support services and hosts several events and programs to raise awareness and educate the community about the benefits of early detection in the fight against breast cancer.

Ultimately, you are helping to find not just one cure, but many cures for the many faces of this devastating disease.

Thank you for your support and participation in raising awareness for breast cancer and THINK PINK!
